It's true that expressing ourselves and seeking joy can bring a sense of happiness and fulfillment.
Yoga is one way that I have found that connects me consciously with my inner self, and I have found a sense of peace and balance.
Practicing yoga has also helped my physical and mental health wellbeing. I find it easier to release stress, it has also improved my flexibility and strength, and increased mindfulness.
