I just can’t seem to speak

I experience bouts of brain fog and at times it  affects my ability to form sentences, to articulate.  Sometimes words disappear from me, I know this sounds strange but sometimes when I am engaged in conversation a word will appear in my mind then it just disappears.  It’s like an illusion, like it was never there.

So what is Brain dog and how does it affect people with fibromyalgia?
